Averaging 10 years of experience, our senior management team focuses on maximizing asset value through strategic operational efficiency created by our cross-platform approach. Our integrated operations team includes a centralized design and remodeling group that oversees all capital improvement programs across SHORESIDE Rental Management's portfolio, generating savings. Because we own a few properties we manage, we have a holistic view that allows us to deliver strong returns for our home owners, investors and financial institutions who rely on our expertise for their portfolios.
Tenants as carefully considered and selected to provide maximum and on-time rents, protection and maintenance of our properties. Prospective tenants are screened using the latest technologies including any eviction records, criminal records, Homeland Security checks and review of credit reporting results. After leasing, a minimum of a six-month on-site inspection is conducted with additional inspections completed as requested by owners. Reporting of inspections is provided within 10 days after inspections.
Partnering with Buildium technology, owners can access their individual account through our on-line Owner's Portal and review payment scheduled, the status of maintenance requests, balances, inspection reports, copies of lease and management agreements, and more.
